that's what people always say about guys with fathers who had money and gave their kids their starts.......... BUT that's not fair, there are some kids who blow the business when they get their hand on it, some who basically just maintain it and then there are guys like Trump who take it to a whole new level. Trump was practically bankrupt and managed to survive and is now again on top. He's a brilliant guy, perfect for the job as a NYC developer. The world needs more Donald Trumps, he's a character, not just some anonymous billionaire - total New Yorker and it's people like him who make NYC the great city that it is.
Ted Turner's old man was also rich and in the media biz - but Ted took it and turned it into the colussus that it became.
not fair to discount guys like Turner and Trump just because they had rich fathers with businesses they took over.
