So they arrested him 3 days ago. He called me for advice, told me that he did it. He hasent told his lawyer though. Should he come totally clean to the lawyer? If so, can he still put in a not guilty plea, or will the lawyer be obligated to not put in a not guilty if he knows the guy is guilty? I need some clarifications on this for anyone who would know.
