I have lawyer friends and family that work with TONS of insurance cases, and this is absolutely correct.
they KNOW he did it, and will go as far as possible with it. They must clearly have proof too, and it took them awehle to go through hidden camera tape.
Once they have him, they will NOT STOP.
Bext find a way to keep it out of court, but insurance companies dont give a fuck about sttling, they have nothing to gain. Again, we're not talking about two parties being involved and suing each other. Insurance companies are like casinos, out to get what is theirs, and whats theirs, is "money."
