This is only my opinion but, it was pretty dumb all around, let us know what happens.

Yeah, I hear ya fletch. This guy is only 21 years old...this is gonna go on his record and he is gonna be fucked I assume? Most places will deny him jobs and stuff with a criminal record, right? How long does your criminal record stay with you, forever, or is it like a bankruptcy where it disapears after 7 years?
