well, thats what I told him, but he is not sure...this is the first time he has been in trouble with the law, so he is clueless as what to do. He is just afraid that the lawyer will not represent him well if the lawyer knows he is guilty.
Also, this is supposedly a felony rom what the lawyer told him, but its his first tim, he doesnt have a record. He said its a minumum 3 year sentence. How long do you think he will do? Any ideas anyone?
