If you are on a free server you dont have bandwith cost, It is the transfer of info that your server sends...everytime someone loads something on your site, a pic, a page...etc...icons...it is transfering bandwith and like my server charges me, which I didnt know that until I got my bill...wow...Do you pay for your server? If you dont have to worry about cost then, the pic posts would do you good for traffic, you can go to:

and hit what type of traffic you are looking for and it will give you a list, some of the links are broken there, but there are a few good ones, I like Richards Realm, and the thumbnail post, some of them require a link back though...
But hey, it is traffic....we all need that! If someone else can explain better what bandwith is...Please do....
