I am soooooo sorry I haven't had a chance to get to this thread. For the past two days I've spent day and night trying to catch up on my email from moving and the Pheonix gathering.
Buckshot really said it best. If you use the program properly, there is no reason why you can't make as much if not MUCH more money than pay per sign up proggies. We do have a feature in place which requires you to manually add your domains. All subfolders and subpages beneath will be credited. BUT take note that this doesn't apply to third level domains such as "thirdlevel.yourdomain.com"
If you want to use the program on exit consoles or double optin email lists you MUST contact me or any of our other staff FIRST. We are able to work with you in doing this as long as you are not promoting any illegal crap and you can remain ethical.
We pay $1.00 per signup and if you can send over 100 signups a day, you will be paid $1.15 There is no need to contact us to have this set up. It's all automatic. Don't forget that we also pay 10% for any webmasters you refer. Please use the referral link on your page properly when you do this. I've seen over and over again someone icqing the link to their buddy and getting no credit. Alot of our webmasters make money every day without even sending traffic directly to Join4free. The referrals alone can be tremendous.
Now in regards to oversaturation, I have to disagree. We have recently put up a brand new front end and conversions are better than ever. When you rely soley on bookmark traffic what do you expect? If you think about it, all it means is they've already signed up so when you notice the drop off, you know you've hit up your majority already. There are lots of ways to get new traffic. Or you can always freshen things up by promoting one of our other niche sites. Asians, amateurs, lesbians, teens, gay, and there's more coming in the near future.

I don't see anything to bash. We have no surprises like a big fat phone bill waiting around the corner for the surfer. It's actually a good idea to voice that there are no dialer charges when you are using the word "free" in your speel. Surfers who have been burned before might shy away if you don't clarify. Honest descriptions work best. Of course text is better than banners but blind linking just isn't going to work very well. Explain the steps to signing up (sign up yourself to check it out) and make sure they understand that they have to click the link in the email they will receive to get into the members area.
Bake, to answer your question, Yes we do have a daily gallery... in our promotional email we send. Which brings me to explain our deductions. If you have a surfer that cancels their account within two weeks, you will receive a deduction. This prevents webmaster cheating and helps us pay out as high as we do. Therefore, it is NOT a great idea to tell your surfers that there are 45 bazillion 2 hour movies inside and all that crap.
As a matter of fact, it has been proven lately that it really helps deduction ratios to let your surfers know that there is enough live feed action and updated galleries inside to last them for weeks.Top it off by telling them that we have staff that works long hours every day searching and testing all the programs on the net, in order to provide you with the largest and highest quality paysites on the net by email. Mention that every week or two there's something new and different that just blows you away every time you check your mail. Free pics to boot!
