I find that a java alert entering the site seems to pull the most in either dialer and or CC sponsor.

On the main page an email panel with a few blind links seem to do the trick and then an exit console to a sponsor or ad page of your own.

Right now i am looking for a few more tricks so if anyone has some please pass them on
