Most of these massive count submit DBs suck ass anyway - since a large % of the sites are pure crap, and another % only take partner submits.
Best bet is to do it yourself, and ignore anyone selling a shitty submit DB. If you feel the need to throw away money, I can give you my paypal addy.

1- I don't want to buy anybody's DB;
2- I submit MOVIE galleries at least once a week and I have partner accounts with lots of TGPs already (the BIG ones that accept movies)
3- You didn't really answer my question, did you? Everything you said I already knew and you didn't even mention ANYTHING about how many TGPs do you have in your DB.
That's all I'd like to know! My DB for movie galleries have over 250 TGPs/MGPs. My old picture gallery list have 72 TGPs, so I figured I have to create a new one anyway, I'd just like to know how many TGPs out there are worth submitting to. That's all...
