Hi Guys

I'm looking to hire an extra person to add to my staff to do my marketing & sales. Somewhat my "right" hand guy.

I have a few employees already doing design, accounting, and administration work that have been with me for a couple years that get paid quite well and bonuses when they keep to their end and i make more money.

What do you guys think would be the best way of aquireing someone for the job? Usualy word of mouth on who is good and available is usualy how i employ but i am wondering what other ways have you guys had good results with?
