I wonder about the legalities of such a service now that paid and free listings will be mixed together without an indication of which are paid. I recall about a year or two ago (reference: http://www.seologic.com/search-engines/2002-06-29.php) the FTC started cracking down on PPC engines which didn't indicate the listings were paid and I see this happening again.
