I have slept on Q Beach quite a bit over the last few years (too lazy to walk home) and I've seen a total of 2 topless women (lots of guys in tiny thongs though!). I'd say for every 1000 hours you spend at the beach, you'll see someone topless. Not a bad ratio, eh? But if you really want to see something, why not just go to the nude beach?
