Erm, for the same reason he brings up the sunny sky, the nice beachs, and everything else about Hawaii all the time.
Because he cares too much about what people thing, and loves to brag.
Penis envy is what the medical term for it is.
But, if it evens him out in some facet, or makes him feel better about something, who cares.....
Let him vent, though I haven't been reading in months, skimmed a bit, haven't seen the super spazzy old Amp.
