comfortably, without touching my investments or RSPs, i could sustain my self for about 6-8 months.
comfortably, by cashing in my investments and RSPs, about 12 months. 15-16 months if i sell off some of my "luxuries" (video games systems, second tv, etc).
if i was really desperate, i could move to a much cheaper appartment in july when my lease is up, and by dipping into my investments/RSPs and selling off luxuries, i could sustain myself for at leas 24 months.
it may not be much, but for me, it's a lot. i'm actually surprised when i think about it.
