Nice idea Corpsie!

I am now resolving to do 10 leglifts, front side and back, a couple push-ups (hey I'm a girl LOL), and jog in place for a few minutes, everytime I sit at the puter.

Now all I need to do is figure out how to get off the puter so that I can do them when I get back on LOL.
