This all sounds like good advice.
Also, if you're too lazy to go running or do cardio of some sort, then lift weights or do pushups and ab exersices a lot. Listen to your body when it comes to eating and try to distinguish the craving for a snack from a natural hunger that comes when your body needs food. I bleieve that fruits and vegetables are good in abundance and everything else in moderation.
