We are running into a lot of tgps signing up for our network but one of the requirements we have is they need to at least have a 2257 posted.

We do this in order to protect our clients as well as affiliates.

So let me have it, why do you disapprove or approve of it.

The main response we are getting is we are not serving the images. So therefore we do not HAVE to do it. I have seen already that a majority of the tgps are hosting the thumbnails from their server and some of those thumbnails are explicit. So you ARE hosting images that need to be covered by a 2257.
