Our car's off the road too - a $3.00 drain plug fell out and that was 2 days and they still haven't got the part.
I finally lit a fire under the service manager's bum by calling the dealerships owner - they're now pulling the plug of a showroom model in Maryborough and driving it over here to fit it to ours.
We're seriously thinking of selling the car and buying matching motor scooters
