It is offensive ! And probably against laws in your state to wear in public.
I mean the statement in itself is rude, mean, vulgar, etc, etc.
If someone placed a sign in their yard (pointed at your house) that said "GO FUCK YOURSELF" wouldn't you find that offensive?
I still want one though, hehe, for those times when i have to visit the inlaws.
