Personally, it's driving me nuts... Every time I call customer service for SBC Yahoo, I get some guy in India who doesn't know shit about what's happening in CA.
Want to make a difference? Every time you get someone on the phone and you think that they are from a foreign customer service boiler room, constantly say "I can't understand you" or "Could you repeat yourself?" Take up as much of their time as possible and try to make it so that it's not worth it for the cheap ass companies to use them.
