Okay, I have a computer problem. It wont let me do a DiskScan or Disk Defrag either. An error message comes up saying....

I tried to go and delete the file, cant find it!! I know in the message Yahoo is in it, so I delete Yahoo Messenger, that didnt do it either!
Any one have some advice? Hopeing that someone knows what it is .
