I get an email from mydomain promoting a new .tv has anyone checked this out yet?

So I type in movies.tv and I am told that
movies.tv can be registered immediately for $1,250,000.00/year Are these guys on crack or what? free.tv for 100,000/year?

Am I missing something here or what!
