you have model releases and ID's for those sets?
why would the owner of that content send you sets with a URL on them? how did your source prove to you he owns those photos? i wouldn't pay a dime for Japanese content unless I had proof of ownership. The language barrier makes it almost impossible to know you are dealing with.
