CARDIO, DIET, are the post important...SITUPS come in 3rd.
Most people think situps are the most important..but they are not. You can do all the situps,crunches or ab exercises you want, but it wont reduce your belly. You will get a six pack, but it will be hidden under your belly.
Got to eat a low fat diet...no fast food

and do LOTS of cardio work...running, swimming, biking. Got to do it everyday.
Like Chulpa said Boxing is soooooo good. You dont have to actually box....Use the heavy bag...the heavy bag is a great work out. Nice to beatup and take out your aggressions on also.
With that said...I heading to Burger King for a Whopper with Cheese
