$2.15 if I remember right, from eads.com non-adult program. It sucked, one of the worst stats I've seen, and almost "non-clickable" banners. But I got the check MANY months later, was a suprise for me. I gave it to my girlfriend (no, she didn't cash the check).

I have a $9.99 from a CC billing company for a non-recurring signup I got. I have to pay $15 and wait 30 - 40 days to cash it. Riiight.
