For those that do not check there email, maxcash had this announcement. Anyone not at full commission should be happy with it.

Normally, in the Max Cash program it would take you 6 months to
build to this commission level, however, in April, everyone gets
100%. And all you will have to do is send one signup in April
to remain at the 100% commission level for the following month.
