We've got two dogs - Jack & Jack.
The first Jack we rescued from the animal shelter when he was 8 weeks old and named him Jack. It just seemed to fit.
The second Jack was 1 year old and we rescued him also. He was already named Jack so there was nothing we could do. Besides, I think it's fun to go walking the dogs and have someone stop me to ask about them.
"What's that ones name?"
"Jack", I say.
And your other dog's name?
"Jack".
Gets some funny looks!
We've also got a cat named Harry that really is hairy, and three rabbits. Don't ever get rabbits.
