yeah... bandwidth is the key to running a freehost.. Once you have inexpensive bandwidth then you've gotta find advertisers and deal with the cheating/spam/etc... software is cheap, realistically, and the startup cost CAN be low if you've got a computer laying around and can find a colo facility... I remember I started mine on a T1 Line to my house on a PII 266mhz that I had bought... that was a loooooong time ago in my mind
