A free host requires a dedicated server. The
prices vary, you'll have to look around and
find a good deal. The software can be had for
about $300-$400, which is the bottom of the line, no ftp.
I tried to run one a while back and lost
my ass on it. The traffic from them is terrible and my server was too expensive.
