actually quite a few years back, an old friend of mine's wife, who had her doctorate in chemistry, did a study at the UofA in Tucson and was able to show proof that green tea actually shrunk cancer tumors...
ever since then I've been a big fan and drink it regularly as well...
one of my favorite blends when I feel like living on the edge LOL is genmai-cha...
