I've used top cash, it pays at 4 cents/click, they have always paid, and they give you a summary page with your check - the most professional form of payment I have seen, yet. I was impressed. And they have never changed me into partnership, although I know of at least one case in which they have. I guess I'm not stupid enough to use ridiculous blind links to them - that's probably why - gotta keep it within reason, guys. Anyway, feel free to email me for more info.
