Honestly? I'd rather get a flat $35 for a $1.95 signup rather than $25 for a $10 signup... I'm pretty certain ratios are the same, and even with lower ratios on the $10 signups, that still leaves a lot of leeway up to the $35 payout. Makes sense? Probably not.. so in short: no! I don't believe the hype
