I remember the old days where i would submit to jjj or adult buffet, at the time they were at like 40-50k in traffic, but that traffic back then converted 20 times better then any tgp now days, i used CE pics on html pages with 2 banners per PIC! lol now look at the way things are? And you all wonder why conversions are so bad..lol Well it's not that funny but the market now is flooded with webmaster compitition that we are all just shitting are money out of are asses compared to the way things used to work.

In short if i were a Surfer i would never need to join any pay site, you have to look at it on a surfers level, why pay? unless you have the 1- in 10,000 surfer that has a time management priorities and has the platinum card and wants to see some get-off-shit quick! but those ones are hard to find.. most are freeloading to find the site that gives the most for free, and yes there is now so many FREE FREE sites that show all except interactive 1-on-1 sex shows and other niche perks on pay sites, maybe we all should try to sell those features as trying to sell a surfer Look we have 150k in pics. well that surfer just came from worldsex and just looked at 10k in pics and got off 5 times and is bored with the site.

So new ideas on sales like Mag said earlier is a good idea. .. ok let's here any feedback on this. as JJJ is one of the 1-2 sites i ever posted 2 in 1997.

Oh this is a add-on..Turn the rules around to where if you dont have html pages you wont get listed ..lol.. wont ever happen but if it did all webmasters would make 70% more money then they are now as you would have many more options on advertising techniques.
