I'm too confused as to the question to respond correctly.
Are you talking just about design?
Design AND Marketing?
If it's just design, I do everything myself and can usually put out paysite quality AVS sites, with all links to my sites, sponsors, etc. in 2 days. I work 10 hour days...so 20 hours. Free Sites....2 hours. TGP...1/2 hour.
But as I said, I do all my own graphics, design, etc. so if you use a template and are just doing regular AVS or Free Sites, TGPs, etc. shouldn't be a real quick process(excluding mass submitting, doorways to SE's and other marketing avenues)

ICQ me if I can help at all. After a couple of years, I'm still not as organized and as quick as I should be. I'm a Virgo (LOL) so I feel a need to have things much more "perfect" than they need to be. But, I would be happy to pass on some tips if you're interested,
