They are joining the EU this year, so if your Europian, all your info can be disclosed to revenue agency... If your in the US, you 'might' be okay.. I am with Rietumu, they are a very good latvian bank... also have accounts in other countries, but Rietumu, Latvia is by far the most professional.... Keep away from Parexbanka... they are slow as shit! only way to get anything done is fly to latvia and speak to someone in person. it's not a good place to visit either.. but quite nice for anonymizing your cash
they will even give you a nym debit card..
