I live in Berkeley, so, I'm going to go to the San Fransisco mayor and ask him to marry me to myself. If he denies it, I'll call it discrimination and yell about how the ban on self-marriage denies me the same rights everyone else has. I will then call him a hateful man. Its wrong that self-marriage isn't natural--its common in the animal kingdom. Although some would argue that the current definition of marriage implies more than one person, I think its time for our culture to change. Its time to allow self-marriage. People will look back and think of us as evil if we don't. Who says that marriage must be between a man and a woman? I want to be able to marry myself and gain the rights that a normal heterosexual couple (family) would get. All these fucking churches are ruining our society by taking on role of government - telling me that marriage can only be between a man and a woman. Its time to stop the discrimination.
