Those 100+ licenses are without names, so that wouldn't be too impressive to Disney and to other potential licensees.
I am sure Acacia was all to quick and proud to be able to showcase Hustler, being a very prominent and well known name.
It is a shame that one's company can be used as a poster boy, but the contractual agreement obviously allowed them to troll Hustler's name around.
I am sure they are not happy about this, it was their business decision to settle and probably wanting to move on and focus on making mo' money.
It's like when you are offered the choice of getting a lecture or a beating. Some would go for the beating to get it over with, since the lecture would just go on and on.
What's not fair, is if you end up getting the beating and the lecture.
