could be. my basset hound is 8 months old and still pees like a girl. The odd part is, dogs like to piss as high as they can on things. It makes them more superior. If a dog comes up on a fence and smells piss at his eye level, he knows not to fuck with the dog that pissed there.
So, maybe... your dog is just a pansy and doesnt want to be known as a tough guy. Or maybe he's still young and hasnt quite learned yet.
