So yes, picture-only sites can definitely survive in the age of broadband. Use good pics and offer them in very high resolutions at high quality (in addition to standard 640x480, most of ours are available at 1024x768 @ 200kb, and many are 1536 x 1152 @ 400k).

on those sites movies can be a little gimmick that keeps people even happier and recurring longer
