Mel Karmizan got his ass chewd out in front of congress over the suberbowl nipplegate. He also is the head of Infinity broadcasting, so they squeezed his balls with the FCC - saying that now they'll just fail to renew the broadcast license if a station is in violation. Expect a lawsuit over this within 6 months, as there is no fucking way the can keep Stern from getting busted for being vulgar.
