Thanks for the input. I don't leave the Iowa/Missouri/Minnesota area very often. The difference in price is now becoming a reality to me. I never even thought about the cost of living in other areas.

$650k for a house!

For 650K you could buy a mansion in Iowa near DesMoines and still have money for a car, a boat, and a mail-order wife!

GA sounds kind of like the prices of Iowa.
