Vee, yep, thats the Toshiba... has a 4" screen too. i like the Sony UX50 that you posted too, but it has lower resolution, a *much* smaller screen (i think 2.7") and only one expansion slot, that only accepts Sony memory sticks (so no cheap/plentiful periprerals)... you really need to try them both out though, some people prefer PalmOS and other like PocketPC..
