Ok who is going to pay these reparations?
The US Government? Maybe just Caucasians?
If it's just Caucasians paying and someone is of mixed heritage can his Caucasians half pay his black half or does it just cancel out?
If the US Government is paying what if someone is 25% black and 75% Caucasian?
Does the Caucasian 75% not get to spend any of the money?
How can you be sure the reparation is only spent by the black 25%?
