Well it's that time of year again, when the Nobel Prize committee starts the nomination process.

So i was wondering who is responsible for the latest fad in pornography, throat fucking. Who was the first to shoot this stuff? Some webmaster? Max Hardcore? Nah - his dick ain't big enough to qualify as throat fucking. JM Productions' Gag Factor?
