Just read the tutorials and practice a bit. Then get some free content from a sponsor that everybody and their brother hasn't used, like pornmegabucks.com . Make a simple thumbnail gallery (15 pics, 2 banners to the sponsor that you get the content from ). Next, get a free host account with a place that isn't banned on every tgp, may I suggest
http://www.pleasuremedia.com/freehosting/index.html . Now go to
http://www.waycoolsubmit.com and submit your gallery to every place that doesn't require a reciprocal link. Then submit to all the other tgp sites and just put 3 or 4 reciprocals on each page.
Repeat this every day until you can afford a domain, hosting and content.
