Question about Xpays
I just checked Xpays and saw they pay 27 per signup, which is nothing to go crazy about, but whatever. Then I notice you'll promote TCG sites and they pay 35 per signup. Then, my question is what's the deal with this and why should someone use a program when you can signup with another one and get almost 30% more profit. I'm really confused here
