Wrong.
Wrong.
and Wrong.
Violence in the media relates to networks decisions to air certain news stories ( mostly containing violence ), certain shows ( containing violence ) and even cartoons lately are extremely violent. What do we have now? Children killing eachother on the playground because their imitating the latest fad of a cartoon.
Violence in the media then translates to paranoia in society and people feel the need to "protect themselves" and end up killing eachother because of what they've seen on TV.
Gun control makes no difference. Notice the part in the movie where he goes up to Canada and discovers Canada owns just as many guns as America!
The conclusion of the movie states that the only common factor between every nation is the level of violence people are immersed with from day to day. This is very significant in determining people's behavior with eachother. Virtually everything you know, and everything you do was learned through something you saw somewhere... and the media is a very big factor.
EVERYONE NEEDS TO SIT DOWN, AND ACTUALLY WATCH THE FUCKING MOVIE.
