Statistically speaking a person is more likely to be injured in their own home by their own weapon than by a strangers gun. It's true that the constitition gives us the right to bear arms, but the constitution also gives us the right to ammend the constitution when it no longer suits the common good. I think limited gun control is a great idea. I think people should have to pass a safety training course before being able to buy guns or ammunition for guns they already have. I don't like the idea of making people register their guns because it gives the government too much power, but I don't see why we can't implement a safety test. We make people take one to drive. Why wouldn't we make people take one to carry a lethal weapon?
