Tam, I can understand how you feel. I had a married friend's wife burned down their trailor home last year. Luckily, the family was out to eat supper so no one got hurt & they had insurance.
The fire started because the holder of an oil candle broke. His wife was sure that the flame was out & she suspects it might have been a minor gas leak. Of course, they have two brats...er, nice kids.
They moved to another trailor at the same trailor park. They had gas inspectors check everything over befoe they moved in. Sure enough, there was a leak in the stove gas line.
