I'm so sorry that happened....just a word of warning though, does your hubby have medical insurance? You might want him to go get check out, and tell the Dr. that he was running in and out of smoke where a known meth user was...
If that lady was cooking the drugs, the fumes are VERY TOXIC.
I was in the crime free multi housing program here in Vegas, and the police taught us if we had a lab move out you practically have to remove everything carpet, possibly drywall, etc. to get the toxcidity out of the apartment if the lab was active for a length of time.
